Yes β free to download and use. Core features including habit tracking, app blocking, streaks, and the crew feed are all free.
Monk Mode uses Apple's Screen Time API (Family Controls) β the same technology built into iOS. It can't be bypassed by simply deleting the app. The blocking runs entirely on your device and we never see which apps you block.
Your blocked apps stay locked until you log. You'll get an 8pm reminder if you haven't logged yet. Miss a full day and your streak resets to zero.
Yes. When you log a habit you choose whether to share it to your crew feed or keep it private. Nothing is shared automatically.
Currently iOS only. The app blocking feature relies on Apple's Screen Time API which isn't available on Android.
